Taloma
Account and data deletion
You can delete your Taloma account and all related personal data as follows.
Deleting in the app
- Open the Taloma app
- Go to Settings
- Choose “Delete account”
- Confirm the deletion
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your user profile
- Properties and maintenance records
- Photos and attachments
- Reminders
- Contacts
Requesting deletion by email
You can also request deletion by emailing:
We process deletion requests within 30 days.
Statutory retention
Accounting records may be retained for up to 6 years as required by Finnish law.
